Lorilee Schoenbeck N.D.
received her 5-year doctoral training at the
National
College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland,
OR. She completed her pre-med at the University
of Wisconsin-Madison, and also holds a bachelor's
degree in nutrition from Goddard College.
A fourth generation physician and the first
in her family to practice natural medicine,
Lorilee enjoys collaboration with colleagues
from conventional as well as alternative health
systems. In 2002, she became the first naturopathic
physician in the country to offer natural
medicine services in a Planned Parenthood
setting (info at VTWomensChoice.org).
Dynamic, articulate and visionary, she is
a favorite guest lecturer to physicians and
other health professionals, as well as the
general public. Lorilee is on the adjunct faculty
at Johnson State College and leads popular programs combining yoga
and women's health around the world.
She is a daily yoga practitioner, hiker and
dog-lover.

Cheryl A. Gibson M.D.
is a Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics
and Gynecology at the University of Vermont
College of Medicine, where she was bestowed
the Excellence in Teaching Award from students
and colleagues. She practices at Vermont
Women's Choice in Burlington, VT."
She is also the Medical Director of Planned
Parenthood of Northern New England, responsible
for medical services at all 28 clinics in
New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.
Beloved by patients and highly regarded by
her peers, Cheryl brings a solid scientific
foundation and extraordinary clinical expertise
to each of her interactions as doctor and
teacher. She has also been a pioneer in collaborating
with complementary healthcare practitioners
in offering patients choices for over a decade.
When not doctoring, Cheryl is most likely
to be found in her garden.

M. Brooke Barss M.D.
is a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry
at the University of Vermont College of Medicine.
She has a private practice in psychiatry,
specializing in what she calls "gynechiatry,"
(issues in psychiatry specific to women).
Her detailed understanding of brain chemistry,
emotion and hormones brings clarity and insight
to her writing, teaching and work with women.
She also has a deep respect for the feminist
principles of collaboration and support, which
have fueled her interest in integrative medicine.
Most recently her interest in dynamic psychotherapy
has led her to pursue additional training
in psychanalysis.
For relaxation, Brooke likes to scuba-dive
and spend time with her family.
